Under the industry, the paper puts background of the continuous development of Chinese electric power emphasis on the enterprise organizational structure of Chinese power plant repair engineering enterprise as the study objective. Taking an advanced enterprise in this field as an example, the organizational structure transformation demands are analyzed, then, the next step of transformation is oredicted and discussed and a concrete scheme is put forward for further research.
