摘要
高聚物结晶形貌的观察是高分子物理实验教学中经典实验之一。该文介绍了一种针对该实验的改进方案,即结合数字成像、计算机及图形处理技术,利用MiVNT显微图像分析系统,对原实验进行了创新。并以偏光显微镜法观察聚合物球晶实验为例,介绍了其使用方法。该系统的使用,实时再现了高聚物结晶的过程,提高了实验效率,增加了实验功能,激发了学生的学习兴趣。
The observation of polymer crystal configuration is one of the classical experiments in polymer physics experiment teaching. Its reform plan is introduced, in which digital imaging, computer, and graphics management technology are adopted, utilizing the MiVNT microscopical imaging analysis system. Based on the observation of polymer spherical crystal configuration with polarization microscope, the specific application of this system is also introduced. This system, which can present the forming of polymer crystal synchronously, is proved to be a successful renovation by enhancing the efficiency of the experiment, expanding the experimental functions and intriguing the students" interests as well.
