APU系统中的电控柴油机转速控制的开发

摘要 该文在介绍辅助动力单元APU(auxiliary power unit)系统构成的基础上,着重解决了APU系统中柴油机的转速控制方法。由于发电机的影响,APU系统中对柴油机的转速调节比普通的柴油机调速更加复杂。该文针对电控柴油机的运行状况,用dSPACE控制器输出模拟量代替电子油门的方法对电控泵喷嘴的柴油机实现了电子调速,同时分析了PI控制的各项参数对APU的转速控制的影响。 This paper first introduces the system configuration of the auxiliary power unit ( APU ). It mainly focuses on the method of diesel speed control in the APU system. Because of the influence of the generator, the speed control on diesel in APU system is more complicate than common diesel speed control. Based on the running condition of the electronic control diesel, the electronic speed control in the electronic unit- injector diesel is realized by using dSPACE controller to output analog signals instead of the electronic throttle. Then the influences of PI controller parameters on the speed control are analyzed.
