Methods and Results of Constructing Course Teaching Team at School of Material Science and Engineering of Chongqing Institute of Technology

分析了重庆工学院材料科学与工程学院的专业特点及课程设置,提出课程教学团队建设应注重团队成员的选择、团队管理及运行机制建设,注重理论课程的建设实施规划、实验课程的改革,以及青年教师的培养.

The constructing of course teaching team is very important to improvement of teaching quality. Based on the characteristics of specialty and course setup at materials science and engineering college of Chongqing Institute of Technology, the consideration and methods of constructing course teaching team are put forward in this paper, and the achievement is also summarized. Finally, the further consideration about the constructing and development of course teaching team is pointed out.
