F/V Converter and Its Application in Trailer Controlling System of Ship Model Towing Tank

摘要 拖车是船模试验水池必备的大型设备,本院拖车由于电子元器件逐渐老化或损坏,其控制效果很不理想,所以需对原来的控制系统进行改造。电路由施密特脉冲整形、分频电路,F/V变换以及输出电平匹配四部分构成,其中基于LM331的F/V变换是核心部分,决定着整个系统的控制性能。该系统体积小,线性好,参数稳定可靠,现已成功应用于船模试验水池拖车控制系统。 Trailer is a large - scale equipment that the laboratory must be prepared,and our trailer is owing to the fact that the electronics component is damaged gradually, and it is not ideal to control effect, so needing to transform to the original systern. The whole circuit is by pulse shaping of Schmitt Trigger and frequency- halving circuit,F/V converter as well as the export level matching four bibliographic categories branch forming. The F/V converter based on LM331 is the nucleus part, which is deciding the control function of whole system. This system volume is small,linear good, and the parameter is stablized reliably,and the successful application is in the ship model experimental basin trailer at present.
