试论西北地区荒漠化社会经济因素影响和相关对策

Tentative Research on Analysis and Countermeasures of Social and Economic Factors of Desertification in Northwest of China

土地荒漠化是中国当前最严重的生态环境问题之一,它严重制约了社会经济的可持续发展,其中西北地区是中国荒漠化最严重的地区。荒漠化的成因既有自然因素也有人为因素。就西北地区而言,影响荒漠化形成的社会经济因素有:土地利用方式、人口、水资源利用、经济发展水平和产业结构。这些因素对具体中国西北地区荒漠化的影响有独特的作用和规律,根据西北地区的实际情况,本文针对性地提出西北地区荒漠化防治的相关对策。

Desertification, restricting social and economical sustainable development, is one of the most serious environmental problems in China. Northwest is the most serious district in China as far as desertification regarding. Desertification can be caused by natural or/and human reasons. In Northwset China,the social and economic influential factors to desertifieation are land use mode, population, water resources use, economic development situation and industry structure. Then, in accordance with the local conditions, the effect of the factors is researched and analyzed. The counter are proposed to control desertification in the region.
