对股后肌群及腓肠肌有无伸膝作用的研究

Research on Knee Extension of Ischiocrural and Gastrocnemius

采用模型演示、生物力学分析和肌电图研究等方法,对股后肌群及腓肠肌有无伸膝作用的问题进行了研究.结果表明,股后肌群及腓肠肌没有伸膝作用.为此建议:在分析肌肉功能时,不能仅依据有无肌电活动来确定肌肉功能,而应考虑肌拉力线和关节轴的位置关系和双关节肌的功能特点.

After a thorough research with the method of model demo,biomechanics analysis and electromyography study,it is demomtrated that ischiocrural and gastrocnemius have no function of knee extension. It is suggested that when on research of the muscle functions researcher should not only examine myoelectricityes,but also put into consideration the position relationships of tension action line and knuckle centre as well as the functions of double-jointed muscle.
