腹腔镜脾切除术37例临床分析

目的：探讨腹腔镜脾切除术的方法和疗效。方法：回顾分析37例患者行腹腔镜脾切除术的临床资料。结果：35例手术获得成功，平均手术时间177min，术中平均出血125ml，切除脾重量平均为667g，平均住院7，5d。术后无并发症发生。术后血小板从平均38×10^9／L[（26～67）×10^9／L]上升至201×10^9／L[（102～662）×10^9／L]。结论：腹腔镜脾切除术是一种安全、有效、微创的手术。
