江汉大学附属医院2004～2006年抗感染药物应用统计与分析

Statistics and Analysis for Application of Anti-infection Medicine for Jianghan University Affiliated Hospital from 2004 to 2006

目的：了解江汉大学附属医院抗感染药物的应用情况，以促进合理应用抗感染药物水平的提高．方法：对江汉大学附属医院2004～2006年所用抗感染药物的品种、金额进行分类统计，并结合临床应用情况进行分析．结果：2004年应用抗感染药物14类83个品种，使用金额占用药总金额的37．1％；2005年应用抗感染药物14类77个品种，使用金额占用药总金额的34．7％；2006年应用抗感染药物14类60个品种，使用金额占用药总金额的28．5％．结论：3年来江汉大学附属医院抗感染药物的使用总体结构搭配比较合理，但应减少注射剂、增加中药制剂的用量．

Objective： To know the situation of application of anti-infection medicine in Jianghan University affiliated hospital, for improving the reasonable application of the medicine. Methods： To classificationally analyse the kind and the amount of money of anti-infection medicine in the hospital from 2004 to 2006, and analyses the clinical application. Resuts. In 2004, applied 14 sorts and 83 species, the amount was 37.1% in all; in 2005, applied 14 sorts and 77 species, the amount was 34.7% in all; in 2006, applied 14 sorts and 60 species, the amount was 28.5% in all. Conclusion： In general, the structure and the match of application of the anti＇infection medicine in the hospitial are comparative reasonable over the past three years, the suggestion is to reduce the injection and increase the TCM.
