鉴江定向钻穿越工程施工技术浅析

Guided penetrating drilling through Jianjiang River bed for pipeline laying

大型定向钻穿越施工技术是利用导航仪的导向作用,使钻机上的导向钻头沿着设计轨迹钻进,完成导向孔的施工,再利用反拉扩孔的施工方法将工作管道铺设在设计位置的一种非开挖管道敷设的施工技术。本文叙述了定向钻穿越的施工方法、优缺点以及在穿越鉴江施工过程中遇到的问题,其中取得的经验和教训对今后采用定向钻施工技术具有借鉴作用。

Guided penetrating drilling is a longitudinal cavity drilling technology for pipeline laying without earth digging. It is done in the way that the guide longitudinal cavity is first drilled along the pre-set route by guide borebit of drill machine under guidance of guiding apparatus, then the pipeline is laid into longitudinal cavity through cavity reaming and reverse- directional pulling. The method of execution of guided penetrating drilling through Jianjiang River bed, the advantages disadvantages of the method and the problems found out in the practice are introduced and discussed. The experience can be taken for reference when similar construction is done.
