摘要
从系统工程的角度,综合考察影响钢铁企业安全生产成本的各种因素,应用层次分析法(AHP———Analytic Hierarchy Process)基本原理构建安全成本AHP模型,利用影响钢铁企业安全成本的指标体系,对各相关因素进行重要排序,力求简单实用、可操作性强,能较客观地反映安全生产成本结构,以期为钢铁企业安全成本优化提供依据。
From the perspective of systems engineering, Comprehensive Study of various factors affected the cost of safety production in iron and steel enterprises. Used the basic tenets of AHP establish steel security costs AHP model, the impact of the use of steel security costs index system, as well as all relevant factors importance ranking, seek to simple and practical, user-friendly, can be more objectively reflect the steel production safety cost structure, with a view to steel enterprises security based on cost optimization.
