摘要
观察33例突发性聋患者在高压氧治疗不同时期,体内自由基代谢物质含量的变化。每天用0.2MPa高压氧稳压治疗40min,连续治疗20d。结果显示,经高压氧连续治疗10d,患者血浆过氧化脂质(LPO)含量的增加,红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷优甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)活性的下降都不明显(P>0.05),仅红细胞谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量明显降低(P<0.05);连续治疗20d后,患者血浆LPO含量明显增高,红细胞SOD和GSHPx活性及GSH含量显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.005)。提示:用0.2MPa高压氧治疗突发性聋患者的合适剂量可为:每次稳压治疗40min,每天治疗1次,连续治疗次数不直超过20次。
Free radical metabolism substances in different stages of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) therapy in 33 patients with sudden hearing loss were studied. The time of treatment is 40 min each day and the pressure of HBO is 0. 2 MPa,with treatment lasting for 20 days. The result indicated that after ten times of HBO therapy, the level of lipid peroxidation (LPO) in plasma increased slightly and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx) in erythrocytes decrease was not significant (P >0. 05). Only the levels of glutathione (GSH) in erythrocytes decreased significantly (P <0. 05). After 20 days HBO therapy, the plasma LPO value increased significantly. (P <0. 05), the activites of SOD,GSHPx and the va1ues of GSH in erythrocytes decreased significantly (P <0. 05). The results indicated that continuous therapy for patients with HBO should not be carried out for more than 20 days.
