摘要
采用选择性舌动脉插管脲素注射治疗舌部海绵状血管瘤36例，每日注射1次，每次注射40％脲素2～5ml，一疗程为10～15d。第一个疗程治愈29例（80．6％），余7例（19．4％）在第二个疗程采用局部注射后治愈。认为选择性舌动脉插管注射治疗舌部海绵状血管瘤是一种方法简单、经济、安全、可靠、无毒副作用的好方法。
Selective arteriocatheerhation with urea injection was administered to 36 cases of lingual angiocavernoma. There were 20 meles and 16 females, ranging in age froin 6 to 18 years with an average of 12 years. Two to five whiliters of 40% urea were injected once a day for 10~ 15 days as a course of treatment. 29 cases (80. 6% )were cured in one course of treatment. The other 7 cases (19. 4% ) were cured in the 2nd course of treatment. The results suggest that selective arteriocatheterization with urea injection is a safe, convenient and effective technique in the treatment of lingual angiocavernoma.
