摘要
介绍了一种基于面阵CCD的单波长辐射测量三维温度场的方法.通过引入一种新型的多路面阵CCD数据实时采集系统采集待测温度场多个方向投影数据,利用计算机层析技术重建温度场内部空间物理量的分布,然后根据维恩近似公式获得空间温度场的分布.对多路CCD数据实时采集系统的内部构造以及工作原理进行了较为详细的阐述.并对蜡烛的火焰温度场进行了测量,最后用热电偶验证此方法的正确性.利用此系统可以做到数据实时采集,为三维流场的实时测量奠定了良好的基础.
A method of testing the 3-D temperature field through the single-wavelength radiation thermometry based on area array CCD was presented. First, a data real-time gathering system based on multi-way area array CCD is used in this experiment to collect multi-aspect data of the field to be tested in real time. Second, the distribution of physical parameter inside the field is reconstructed through computed tomography. At last, the Wien formula is used to get the distribution of the temperature field. The capability and the structure of this data real- time gathering system based on multi-way area array CCD are described in detail. A thermocouple is used to prove the correctness of this method. Using this system, the data of images can be gathered in real-time and make a good basis for reconstruction of 3-D flow-field in real-time.
