摘要
目的探讨负电位/高周波治疗仪治疗失眠症的疗效。方法选择30名失眠者,随机分成2组,治疗组采用负电位/高周波治疗,对照组仅增减原服安眠类药。评分采用匹茲堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)。结果治疗组在睡眠障碍和日间功能障碍2项指标上,P<0.05。结论负电位/高周波治疗仪有助于改善睡眠障碍和日间功能障碍。
Objective To investigate the curative efficacy of negative potential/high frequency therapeutic equipment patients with insomnia, Methods 30 patients with insomnia were divided into two groups randomly, In the treatment group patients were treated with negative potential/high frequency ,and in the control group patients merely increased or decreased their original hyp- nagogues. All patients were scored with Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI） scale, Results There was obvious difference in somnipathy and dysfunction in the daytime between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Negative potential/high frequency current therapeutic equipment contributes to improve somnipathy and dysfunction in the daytime.
