摘要
目的研究微创治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的有效性和安全性。方法经多道睡眠监测(PSG)仪诊断为OSAHS的37例患者行联合鼻部和咽部微创治疗,并于术后1个月和6个月再次行PSG检查。结果所有患者的血氧饱和度均有提高,自觉症状有明显改善或消除,有效率达83.7%。结论低温等离子刀对OSAHS的治疗有实用价值,可以推广、普及。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of plasm radiofrequency at low temperature in the treatment of ob- structive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS). Methods Thirty-seven patients with OSAHS confirmed by polysomnogra- phy(PSG) underwent nasal and pharynx operation with plasm radiofrequency at low temperature. PSG was taken to everyone after 1 and 6 months. Results The blood oxygen saturation of all 37 patients was improved. The effective rate was 83.7%. Conclusions Plasm radiofrequency at low temperature is effective to the treatment of OSAHS and worthy to be generalized in clinic.
