摘要
目的探讨儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床特点及治疗方法。方法对确诊为CVA的64例患儿的临床表现及诊治方法进行分析。结果咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的临床表现不典型,误诊率高。吸入糖皮质激素及β2受体激动剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘有明显效果。结论CVA患儿的临床表现不典型,提高对该病的认识,熟练掌握诊断标准是防止漏诊、误诊的关键,确诊后通过吸入糖皮质激素及β2受体激动剂治疗有效。
Objective To explore clinical characteristics and therapeutic methods of cough variant asthma（CVA）. Methods Clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment of 64 cases with cough variant asthma（ CVA ） were analyzed retrospectively. Results CVA in children was frequently misdiagnosed because of its atypical clinical manifestation. The inhalation of glucocorticoid and 132 agonists had a marked effect on CVA. Conclusions The clinical manifestation of CVA is atypical in children. The key of avoiding missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis is to enhance understanding of the disease. Inhalation of glucocorticoid and 132 agonists is effective to CVA.
