医院图书馆员如何应对循证医学的发展

循证医学(Evidence-Base-Medicine,EBM)指出了医生在临床工作实践中需要掌握临床工作的证据,以确保医生应用新成果作出治疗。本文阐述了作为医教研信息中心的医院图书馆,如何为循证医学实践正确地提供文献资料。医院图书馆员必须努力学习EBM知识,提高服务质量,在参与EBM实践起到关键的作用。

The Evidence-Base-Medicine（EBM） development pointed out in the clinical work the fulfillment,the doctor needed to control the evidence of clinical work with insure a doctor applied the new result make a treatment. This text elaborated conduct and actions to cure and teach and grind the hospital library of the information center how to follow a certificate medical science and practice and provide cultural heritage data with accuracy. The hospital librarian has to make great effort to study EBM knowledge,raising service quality,being participating the EBM fulfillment contain decisive function.
