摘要
采用多种方法对HZSM~5进行改性,以沸程75~120℃的催化裂化汽油馏分为原料,在实验室连续固定床反应装置上考察了采用不同方法改性的HZSM-5催化剂的芳构化反应性能。实验结果表明,催化剂的稳定性顺序为HZSM-5〈Zn/HZSM-5〈Zn/HZSM-5(水热)〈ZnSn/HZSM-5〈ZnP/HZSM-5〈ZnSn/HZSM-5.(水热)〈ZnP/HZSM-5(水热)。经过水热处理的ZnP/HzsM-5催化剂具有较好的芳构化活性及稳定性,在反应温度430℃、压力0.1MPa、液时空速1h。的反应条件下,原料中烯烃转化率达83.55%,液相产品中烯烃质量分数及芳烃质量分数分别为7.28%和81.96%,而且产品中甲苯质量分数最高达29.36%。
HZSM--5 was modified by different method, and the aromatization performances of different modified HZSM--5 catalysts were investigated with a continuous fixed reactor using FCC gasoline(75 - 120 ℃ fraction). The experimental results show that order in stability of catalysts is HZSM -- 5 〈 Zn/HZSM - 5 〈 Zn/HZSM - 5 (hydrothermal) 〈 ZnSn/HZSM - 5 〈ZnP/HZSM-5〈ZnSn/HZSM-5(hydrothermal)〈ZnP/HZSM 5(hydrothermal). The hydrothermal treated ZnP/HZSM-5 catalyst has better decreasing olefins and aromatization activity and stability. Under reaction temperature 430℃, pressure 0.1 MPa, liquid hour space velocity 1 h^-1 , the olefins conversion rate in feedstock is 83.55 %, olefins content and aromatics content in the liquid product are 7.28% and 81.96%, respectively. Especially the content of toluene in the liquid product is up to 29. 36%.
