Study on the Superiority of Hybrid Breeding by Male Sterility in Hot Pepper

利用辣椒雄性不育制种方式相比常规制种优势明显,即单位面积可以提高工效57.6%,杂交座果率、单株挂果数、单果种子数和种子千粒重均增加,制种产量增加30.2%,制种成本降低46.9%。

The hybrid breeding by male sterility is superior to the conventional breeding in hot pepper and can increase thend per unit area work efficiency by 57.6%,the percentage of hybrid fruit setting,fruit per plant,seed per fruit,thousand-grain seed weight,and the seed yield by 30.2% ,with the breeding cost decreasing by 46.9%.
