伊布利特对犬心脏起搏阈值的影响

摘要 目的观察伊布利特对犬心脏不同部位起搏阈值的影响。方法18只成年健康雄性杂种犬,麻醉后气管插管,开胸并缝合电极,伊布利特按0.10mg/kg静脉推注给药(10min缓推,给药30min后按照0.01mg/min静脉滴注维持),观察给药前后心脏不同部位起搏阈值的变化。结果伊布利特使心肌各部位的起搏阈值均升高,有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论伊布利特对心脏起搏阈值的升高,提示在行心肌电刺激或植入起搏器同时应用抗心律失常药物治疗时注意起搏电压的变化。 Objective To observe the effects of ibutilide on canine cardiac pacing threshold. Methods 18 mongrel dogs were anesthetized and intubated with a tracheal tube. The heart was exposed through a thoracotomy. Then,to suture electrodes. The pacing thresholds were measured with and without ibutilide(the 10-minute infusions dose was 0.10mg/kg,30 minutes later,the maintaining dose was 0.01mg/min). Results Ibutilide had the increasing effect for the pacing threshold. Moreover,there were significant difference between pacing thresholds with and without ibutilide (P〈0.05). Conclusion The effects of ibutilide increasing pacin threshold is speculated to modulate pacing voltage of cardiac stimulation or these patients with implanting pacemaker and using antiarrhythmic drugs at same time.
