摘要 目的明确输送泵管堵塞对泵管脉冲力的影响原因和程度.方法通过影响因素分析和试验验证相结合的方法,对影响因素和程度进行综合分析.通过正交试验的方法进行试验,然后用SPSS 14.0软件进行多元线性回归分析推导出公式.结果当混凝土泵正常连续输送混凝土时,泵送混凝土具有很好的流动性,混凝土坍落度和水灰比对输送泵管脉冲力影响不大.当泵管堵塞时,混凝土的流动性变差,坍落度减小,水灰比降低,在这种状况下,混凝土的坍落度和水灰比对泵管脉冲力有较大影响,在泵管支架设计时应给予充分考虑.结论输送泵管堵塞对泵管脉冲力的影响较大,所建立的考虑堵塞情况的泵管脉冲力的经验公式可以有效预测脉冲力的大小. A block phenomena for the concrete transportation using pumps usually happened during casting of the concrete for the structure construction. The parameters and level of the block influence on the impulse forces in the pump pipe were researched. The results of the experiment and data analysis showed that the slump and water- cement ration of the pumped concrete have less effects on the impulse forces in the pump pipe during a normally continuous transportation of the concrete, meanwhile the fluidity of the concrete were good. However, the fluidity of the concrete went worse than the normal case when the block happed, and the slump and water-cement ration had great effect on the impulse forces which should be considered during the design of the supporting frame for the pipe. A new formula for pre-evaluation of the impulse force was developed based on a multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 14.0 software.
