摘要
目的研究激光强化工艺参数对65 Mn旋耕刀基体显微硬度的影响,以表面硬度和磨损量为表征参数,寻求最佳工艺参数.方法采用设计正交实验方法确定激光参数、激光功率、扫描速度和光斑直径变化区域.通过激光强化区的金相组织和表面显微硬度,确定影响因数的大小.结果激光影响区的金相组织主要为马氏体,影响表面硬度的参数主要是激光功率,其次是扫描速度,而光斑直径影响最小.结论当激光功率1 200 W、扫描速度20 mm/s,光斑直径2.5 mm,强化区的显微硬度达到最大值.
CO2 laser was applied to strengthening farm tool made of 65 Mn steel. Influence of processing parameters on micro hardness of 65 Mn steel was investigated systematically. Surface hardness and mass loss of laser strengthening zone were taken as standard to select optimum processing parameters through theory and experimental analysis.An orthogonal experiment method was applied to arranging laser parameters and determining the changing ranges involving laser power, scan speed and spot diameters. The influence order of parameters could be found through metal microstructures and surface hardness. The results reveal that metal microstructures in laser zone are martensite, and in terms of importance, the influencing parameters are laser power, scanning veIocity and spot diameter. The optimal parameters for laser strengthening consist of 1400 W laser power, 22 mm/s scanning velocity, and 25 mm spot diameter.
