Financing Strategy Analysis of Small & Medium Enterprises on the Basis of Lifecycle Theory

为了解决中小企业融资问题,根据企业生命周期理论,结合中小企业融资特点,借鉴企业生命周期六阶段理论,提出不同生命周期阶段的中小企业融资特点,分析基于生命周期各阶段的中小企业融资策略。

To solve the financing problems of small and medium enterprises, this paper puts forward the financing features of those enterprises that are in different lifecycles according to the lifecycle theory. Based on the 6-stage enterprise lifecycle theory and the financing features of small and medium enterprises, the paper also gives an analysis of financing strategy of small and medium enterprises.
