霉酚酸酯及血管紧张素Ⅱ对人近端肾小管上皮细胞增殖的影响

Effects of Mycophenolate Mofetil and Ang Ⅱ on Proliferation of Human Tubular Epithelial Cells

摘要 目的:研究霉酚酸酯(MMF)及血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)对人肾小管上皮细胞(HK-2)增殖的影响。方法:将培养的HK-2分别用MMF及AngⅡ刺激并采用MTT法检测HK-2增殖的情况。结果:与空白对照组比较,MMF使HK-2的增殖降低(P<0·05);AngⅡ使HK-2的增殖明显增加(P<0·01);先加入MMF后再用AngⅡ刺激HK-2,HK-2增殖低于AngⅡ单用组(P<0·01)。结论:MMF能够抑制HK-2增殖及抑制AngⅡ引起的人肾小管上皮细胞的增殖。 OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effects of mycophenolate mofetil(MMF) and Ang Ⅱ on proliferation of human tubular epithelial cells. METHODS: The cultured HK - 2 cells were stimulated by MMF and Ang Ⅱ , respectively, and the proliferation of HK -2 was assayed by MTT. RESULTS: As compared with control group, MMF inhibited the proliferation of HK- 2(P〈0.05) while Ang Ⅱ significantly promoted the proliferation of HK- 2(P(0.01) . The proliferation of human tubular epithelial cells treated by MMF before being promoted by Ang Ⅱ was significantly decreased as compared with Ang Ⅱ group(P〈 0.01), CONCLUSION: MMF can inhibit the proliferation of HK- 2 as well as proliferation of human renal tubular epithelial cells induced by Ang Ⅱ .
