摘要
目的:探讨英明格对儿童偏头痛的临床治疗效果。方法:将48例临床确诊的儿童偏头痛病人随机分组,一组给予英明格,另一组给予苯噻啶,观察治疗前后患儿头痛发作次数、程度、伴发症状及服药后反应。结果:英明格治疗组有效率为91.7%,对照组有效率为66.7%,两组有效率比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:英明格能有效控制儿童偏头痛的发作,且副作用小。
Objective. To investigate effect of imigran on controlling the symptoms of migraine in children, Methods ：Forty eight children patients with migraine were randomly divided into two groups. One group was treated with imigran, the other with pizotifen. The frequeuce of migraine, seriousness and duration were investigated. Results ： The effective rate in imigran group is 91.7%, significantly higher than that in pizotifen group （ 66.7% ） （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： Imigran can effectively control the symptoms of migraine in children.
