鼻内镜下蝶腭动脉结扎治疗难治性鼻出血
摘要
鼻出血是耳鼻咽喉科的常见急症，严重者可危及生命。传统的治疗方法有一定的失败率，易发生并发症。鼻内镜下经鼻蝶腭动脉结扎术是逐渐发展和成熟起来的治疗难治性鼻出血较为安全有效的方法。本文就该手术的相关解剖、主要手术步骤、并发症以及一些尚存争议性的问题进行综述，旨在对该术式有一个全面的认识。
