摘要
目的:探讨大肠癌组织中血管内皮生长因子-C(vascular endothelial growth factorC,VEGF-C)和-D(vascular endothelial growthfactor D,VEGF-D)、癌旁淋巴管密度(lymphat-ic microvessel density,LMVD)的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法:应用5′-Nase-酶组织化学技术及免疫组化SP法检测对50例大肠癌组织、正常肠组织测定中VEGF-C、VEGF-D和癌旁LMVD。结果:癌旁LMVD与VEGF-C、VEGF-D的表达呈正相关,大肠癌旁LMVD与VEGF-C、VEGF-D的表达与淋巴转移、Duke分期相关。结论:VEGF-C、VEGF-D/VEGFR-3信号传导机制促进淋巴管生成,导致癌旁LMVD的升高,进而促进大肠癌淋巴转移。
OBJECTIVE: To study the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor C, D (VEGF-C, VEGF-D)and lymphatic micro-vessel density (lymphatic microvesse[ density, LMVD)in colorectal carcinoma and their relation to the clinicopathological parameters. METHODS: The expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor C, D were studied by using SP immunohistochemical staining and 5'-nucleotidase-enzyme-histochemical staining for lymphatic microvessel in 50 specimens of colorectal carcinomas tissue and colorectal normal tissue. RESULTS: LMVD was correlated with the expressions of VEGF-C and -D. The VEGF-C and -D expressions and LMVD were correlated with lymphatic metastasis and Duke stage. CONCLUSION: VEGF-C, VEGF-D/VEGFR-3 signaling pathway promots lymphangiogenesis, increases LMVD, drives lymphatic metastasis in colorectal carcinoma.
