超声引导下定位针定位切除临床不可扪及乳腺肿物的应用

Application of ultrasound-guided puncture to localization of non-palpable breast lesions in surgical excision

目的探讨超声引导定位针定位切除临床不可扪及的乳腺肿物的应用及价值。方法对91例的102个临床不可扪及的乳腺肿物在超声引导下定位针定位肿物后行手术切除乳腺肿物。结果102个乳腺肿物均被手术切除，良性97个，恶性5个。结论超声引导定位针定位切除临床不可扪及的乳腺肿物的方法创伤小，并发症少，缩短了手术时间，定位也较准确，对良性病变可缩小手术切除范围，对恶性病变可早发现，早分期，值得推广。

Objective To explore the value and the application of ultraseund-guided puncture to localization non-palpable breast lesions in surgical excision. Methods Detected by the positioning needles under ultrasound guidance,102 non-palpable breast lesions in 91 women were surgical removed. Results All 102 breast lesions were removed successfully. Pathological results showed that 97 of these breast lesions were benign lesions and 5 of them were malignant one. Conclusions This method has the advantage of minor trauma,fewer complications,shorter operative time and more accurate positioning rate. It can reduce the extent of surgical resection for bengin lesions and can early discover the malignant lesions. It is worth popularizing and applying.
