大剂量甲基强的松龙静脉冲击治疗浸润性突眼的疗效观察

Review of the efficacy of high-dose intravenous methylprednisolone Pulse therapy for inrlltrative ophthalmopathy

目的评价大剂量甲基强的松龙静脉冲击治疗对浸润性突眼的疗效。方法回顾近两年在我院使用大剂量甲基强的松龙静脉冲击治疗的中重度活动性浸润性突眼12例的疗效和安全性。结果大部分患者的症状和体征明显缓解，未出现严重副作用。结论大剂量甲基强的松龙静脉冲击治疗中重度活动性浸润性突眼患者安全有效。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of high-dose intravenous methylprednisolone puLse therapy for infdtrstive ophthalmopathy. Methods Reviewed the efficacy and safety of high-dose intravenous methylprednisolone pulse therapy, which was administered to 12 patients with moderately severe and active infdtrative ophthalmopathy. Results For most of the patients the symptoms and signs were obviously improved after the therapy, with no serious side effects. Conclusions High-dose intravenous methylprednisolone pulse therapy is effective and safe for patients with moderately severe and active infiltrative ophthalmopathy.
