摘要
四川盆地苏码头构造储层具有低温、低压、低渗等特点,储层自然产能较低,水力加砂压裂工艺技术是该区块获得工业性开采的必要手段。针对该区块储层改造难点,通过储层敏感性实验评价,优化储层改造方案,优选储层保护技术,应用支撑剂段塞、全程混注氮气、纤维防砂、强制裂缝闭合、快速放喷等多项工艺技术,实现了该区块"三低"气藏定向井的多层压裂,取得了裂缝有效支撑、加砂程序、破胶剂追加程序和延长压裂有效期四项新突破。
For the Sumatou Structure of Sichuan Basin, the reservoirs are characterized by low temperature, low pressure and low permeability which resulted in low natural productivity. Hydraulic sand fracturing is the main tool to obtain commercial oil and gas in this block. In order to solve some difficulties in reservoir reconstruction, we had an experimental evaluation on reservoir sensitivities, optimized reservoir reconstruction programs and reservoir protection technologies, and then used many techniques of proppant slugs, all-round nitrogen injection, fiber sand control, forced fracture close and quick blowout to fulfill a multi-layer fracturing for directional wells in those gas reservoirs; finally, made four breakthroughs, including effective support for fractures, sand injection procedure, gel breaker superaddition procedure and effective period extension for fracturing.
