Risk Assessment and Management on Maintenance and Operation of Dehydration Units

三甘醇脱水装置由于其工艺和设备的复杂性、物料的易燃易爆和有毒有害性,导致其客观上存在火灾、爆炸、中毒等安全隐患,因此在检修及投运过程中迫切需要进行危险源辨识及风险评价管理,以达到降低安全风险的目的。文章结合实际,对脱水装置检修的风险评价与管理要求进行了说明,提出了主要风险点的安全防范措施。

Because of complicated technology and equipment, flammable, explosive and poisonous materials, there are many hidden dangers in TEG dehydration units objectively, such as fire, explosion and poisoning etc. Therefore, hazard source identification and risk assessment and management are needed urgently to reduce risks. Situations of risk assessment and management on maintenance of dehydration units are introduced and related safety protecting measures aiming to different risk points.
