摘要
为了研究二茂铁对酒精火焰的熄灭效果,采用烟气分析仪、电子天平和基于质量损失速率的热释放速率计算方法研究了二茂铁蒸气与酒精火焰相互作用时,酒精火的热释放速率和烟气中φ(O2)和φ(CO)的变化规律.结果表明:载气流量为1.0 m3/h时,随着二茂铁浓度的增大,热释放速率的下降速度和φ(O2)的回升速度在增大,CO的生成量在减少;载气流量为1.0 m3/h时酒精火的热释放速率下降速度、φ(O2)的回升速度和CO的生成量比流量为0.75 m3/h时的大.增大二茂铁的浓度和载气的流量,有助于提高二茂铁熄灭酒精火的效果.
The effect of ferrocene on an alcohol fire was studied using a combustion analyzer, an electrical scale and a heat-release-rate method based on the rate of mass loss. The heat release rate of the alcohol fire and the changing levels of φ(O2) and φ(CO) over time affected by the interaction between the alcohol fire and the ferrocene were obtained. The results show that heat release rate drops and φ(O2) increases as the ferrocene concentration increases when the gas flux is 1.0 m^3/h: Concurrently, the output of CO decreases. These effects are larger at this gas flux than when the flux is 0.75 m^3/h. The tendency to extinguish the alcohol fire is enhanced by increasing the ferrocene concentration or the gas flux.
