瓶梗青霉次级代谢产物研究

Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Paecilon yaes sp Secondary Metabolism

研究了瓶梗青霉(Paecilon yaessp)次级代谢产物的化学成分。利用色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过理化方法及光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果表明,从瓶梗青霉次级代谢产物中分离得到的6个化合物为麦角甾醇(1)、过氧化麦角甾醇(2)、邻苯二甲酸异丁酯(3)、3-羟基苯肽(4)、正十六烷酸(5)、3′-软脂酸甘油单酯(6)。

：A chemical research of the secondary metabolites of Paecilon yaes sp was carried out. 6 compounds were isolated by various chromatography, silica gel column, reverse phase column （RP-18）, Sephadex LH-20, MPLC, semi-pre HPLC and identified by 1D, 2D NMR, MS （ESI, HR）, IR, UV. They are Ergosterol （1） ,Ergosterol peroxide （2） ,Diisobutyl phthalate（3） ,3-Hydroxyphthalide （,1） ,Palmitic acid （5） ,and 2,3-dihydroxypropyl palmitate （6）, respectively.
