摘要
在超声波中对棉织物进行果胶酶处理,利用超声波的穿透能力,使果胶酶与纤维充分接触,从而达到良好的精练效果。研究了酶用量、pH值、温度、时间等因素对精练效果的影响,并探讨了不同种类的酶进行复配的效果。
The cotton fabrics were processed with pectinase in ultrasonic wave. Owing to the property of penetration of ultrasonic wave, pectinase can contact with the fibre adequately, which bring favorable scouring effect. The influences of dosage, pH value, temperature and time etc. on scouring were studied, and the effect of compound bioenzyme on scouring were discussed.
