GIK液控制高血糖对环丙沙星抗感染效果影响研究

摘要 目的研究GIK(Glucose-insulin-Potassium K),葡萄糖—胰岛素—氯化钾)控制高血糖对环丙沙星治疗严重创伤铜绿假单胞菌感染效果的影响,为GIK辅助治疗创伤高血糖感染患者提供实验依据。方法60只严重烫伤铜绿假单胞菌感染大鼠随机分为抗感染对照组(n=20),单纯抗感染组(n=20),GIK辅助抗感染组(n=20)。GIK辅助抗感染组严格控制血糖到正常水平。单纯抗感染组和GIK辅助抗感染组均采用相同环丙沙星治疗措施,观察单纯抗感染组和GIK辅助抗感染组治疗3天后大鼠空腹血糖、外周血白细胞总数、中性粒细胞总数、血浆内毒素等指标变化。结果单纯抗感染组和GIK辅助抗感染组大鼠空腹血糖、外周血白细胞总数、中性粒细胞总数、血浆内毒素等指标均明显低于抗感染对照组(P<0.01);GIK辅助抗感染组大鼠空腹血糖、外周血白细胞总数、中性粒细胞总数、血浆内毒素等指标均明显低于单纯抗感染组(P<0.01)。结论GIK严格控制高血糖,可提高抗菌素抗感染效果,提示控制高血糖在创伤感染治疗中具有重要意义。 Objective To study the effects of controling glycemia by Glucose-insulin-Potassium (GIK) on the trauma rats with P.aeruginosa infection treated with Ciprofloxacin. Methods 60 scalded rats with P.aeruginosa infection were randomly divided into the groups of control, single anti-infection, anti-infection with GIK. The blood glucose levels of the group of anti-infection with GIK were controled to the normal states. The dosage of Ciprofloxacin was similarly treated to the groups of single anti-infection and anti-infection with GIK. Fasting blood glucose, WBC, neutrophils and plasma endotoxin were detected in all rats in the 3 days treatment later. Results The four levels above in groups of anti-infection with GIK and single anti-infection were significantly lower than those of the control group(P〈0.01), and the results in the group of anti-infection with GIK were significantly lower than those of the group of single anti-infection. Conclusion To control traumatic glycemia intensely by GIK enhences the effects of bacteriophages on the anti-infection, and the treatment with GIK can play a important role on the therapy traumatic patients with glycemia.
