新泽西医科齿科大学的学科设置

Academic Structure of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey

1910年美国教育家Abraham Flexner的报告发表后，美国的医学教育经历了巨大的变革。许多独立设置的医科院校被关闭或并入综合性大学。但是，美国仍然有独立设置的医科大学存在。新泽西医科齿科大学就是一所独立设置的医科大学，其发展模式与我国独立设置的医科大学有许多相似之外。本文分析了新泽西医科齿科大学的学科设置，希望为我国独立设置的医科大学提供一些借鉴。

Largely as a result of publication of Abraham Hexner＇s report in 1910, medical education in the United States underwent dramatic changes. A host of independent medical schools were shut down or merged into comprehensive universities. However, currently there are still some independent medical universities in the United States. One is the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, whose academic structure and developmental strategies are similar to its counterparts in China. This paper introduces the academic structure of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in the hope of providing some implications for independent medical universities in China.
