出口绩效评估:关于江苏的案例分析

Export Performance Assessment:A Jiangsu Case

外贸出口是一国经济成长的动力源泉之一,对促进出口国社会经济发展意义重大。通过借鉴相关的研究成果,结合江苏外贸出口的实际情况,构建对其外贸出口绩效的评价体系,再运用数理统计中的多元分析方法,对江苏各地外贸出口绩效进行具体的测算和动态对比。结果表明,这一评价体系和方法比较合理和科学。根据实际数据的分析,可以看出江苏各地区间外贸出口绩效的差距比较明显,且没有明显改善的趋势。因此,在新一轮对外贸易策略调整中,江苏不仅要注重地区间的平衡发展,还要关注外贸素质的提高。

Foreign trade export provides power to the growth of national economy. In this study, findings of related researches are examined, with a special consideration of Jiangsu cases, so that an export performance evaluation system may be constructed. Based on this evaluating system, a multivariate analysis is made to weigh the foreign trade export performance in Jiangsu Province. It proves that this system works well. From the data studied, it is clear that gaps in foreign trade export performance in regions over Jiangsu are big, and there is no sign of improvement. Therefore, in the new adjustment of foreign trade strategy, it is important for Jiangsu to see a balanced development in all regions and efficiency and effectiveness of foreign trade as well.
