摘要
目的探讨全数字化乳腺摄影对不典型乳腺癌诊断的应用价值。方法作者总结了36例不典型乳腺癌的X线表现。全部病例均采用全数字化乳腺摄影。结果36例中,8例显示结节,15例显示小灶性致密影,7例显示结构紊乱,4例显示为星芒征,2例显示为导管征。结论全数字化乳腺摄影对发现不典型乳腺癌具有重要价值。
Objective To study the utility of full-field digital mammography for diagnosing atypical breast carcinoma. Methods The authors collected the mammographic images of 36 cases with atypical breast carcinoma. All cases were examined with full-field digital mammography. Results Among the 36 cases, 8 cases showed nodules, 15 cases demonstrated small focus of increased density, 7 cases had architecture distortion, 4 cases demonstrated star sign, 2 cases showed ductal sign. Conclusion Full-field digital mammography has important value in finding atypical breast carcinoma.
