摘要 利用图像分析技术分析纸张印刷表面强度,并与传统视觉评价法得到的印刷表面强度作比较,结果表明,图像分析方法在分析纸张印刷表面强度方面较传统的视觉评价更加客观和准确;另外,还对不同印刷速度下及不同纸张拉毛斑点的面积分布进行了讨论。 The image analysis technique was adopted to study the picking on the printed paper. The area ratio of picked speckles was defined and used to quantitatively evaluate the picking, then the relationship between printing speed and picking was discussed. Picking speed defined by the area ratio of picked speckles was compared with the counterpart defined by conventional visual evaluation method. Furthermore, the relationship between the area of picked speckles and printing speed as well as the distribution of area of picked speckles was discussed. It was proved that the image analysis technique is more objective and accurate than visual assessment method in dealing with picking phenomenon of the paper.
