文章介绍了商业零售自有品牌生产、销售、管理体系过程中出现的赢利模式,从盈利模式的角度指出了自有品牌市场占有率及品牌品种结构问题产生的原因,并提出了相应解决建议,希望能给商业零售企业自有品牌建设方面提供一些参考。
This article introduced the private brand's profite model during the manaufacture, sales, management stages. Then it pointed out the reasons why the problems of the private brand market share and brand variety structure occurred and put forward the corresponding suggestions. For the purpose of it can provide some references for the construction of private brand in retail.
