摘要
运用高效毛细管电泳分离了海南新碱衍生物HH07A异构体,其分离条件为4×10-2mol/LTris-H3PO4(pH=3.6)-6.5×10-3mol/Lβ-环糊精,并用该法初步探讨HH07A2个异构体在体外肝微粒体中代谢的立体选择性。
A method for the separation of HH07A enantiomers by high performance capillary electrophoresis was developed.The working solution is composed of 0 04 mol/L tris-H 3PO 4(pH3 6)-0 0065mol/L β cyclodextrin.The method has been used to examine the HH07A metabolism in rat liver microsome system.
