摘要
本文分析了管理创新无效化的主要原因,并在此基础上提出了解决方案——管理创新有效化模型。该模型以系统的思想,将整个管理创新的活动过程,包括原则前提、理念文化创新、具体管理创新和改进活动、效果的产生、有效性评估、优化或理念再创新等环节,置于组织的"可控制"范围之下,并于创新活动的每一具体环节实施信息反馈。IBM的案例分析证明了该模型的有效。
Management innovation does not always lead to success,but why? This paper analyzes the reasons and gives the solution termed as effectiveness model of innovation.The model is a system which is comprised of principles,idea and culture innovation,innovation improvements,effects,effectiveness evaluation,and optimization or idea renovation.The management innovation process must be under organization's control and every step should have feed back.The case of IBM proves the effectiveness of the model.
