摘要
以研发或专利所代表的创新是长期经济增长的根本动力之一。通过Granger因果分析发现国内外研发和专利与中国经济增长之间存在因果关系,然后利用阿尔蒙多项式分布滞后模型对研发、专利与中国经济增长之间的关系进行了比较研究,估计了研发和专利的产出弹性并分析了其动态变化,发现国内外研发和专利都是中国经济增长的重要促进因素,但其作用机制和促进程度差别很大。
Innovation which is always embodied by RD or patents is one of the basic drivers of long-run economic growth.Granger causality test proves that there are causality relationships between domestic and foreign R&D/Patents and Chinese economic growth.The paper studied the relationships between domestic and foreign R&D/patents and Chinese economic growth with an Almon's polynomial distributed lags model.The output elasticity of R&D and patents were estimated and a dynamic analysis was made.Both domestic and foreign RD and patents were found to be driving factors of Chinese economy.However,their output elasticity and mechanism are different.
