摘要
在建工程具有灾害易损性高、处于风险中的资产价值随着建设进度逐渐增加的特点.将巨灾风险评估模型与在建工程价值渐增性的特点相结合,提出了建筑工程施工期自然灾害风险分析方法,并以地震灾害为例,阐述了风险分析方法的应用过程.风险分析结果可以作为确定建筑工程一切险保费的依据.
Constructing projects am characterized by higher vulnerability and increasing value at risk, VAR from start to finish. This paler presents a risk analysis method of natural hazards which integrates the feature of increasing VAR of constrcting projects into catastrophe mode. Then the paper illustrates the application method with a risk analysis of earthquake hazards. The risk analysis results can be served as the fotmdafion of fixing construction all risks(CAR) premiums for CAR insurers.
