农产品质量安全的相关影响因素较多,农产品质量安全问题是个复杂的系统工程。本文结合农产品生产、加工和流通环节,联系当前农产品主要污染物,介绍了农产品质量安全现状及变化特点,剖析了农产品质量安全的各种影响因素,提出了农产品质量安全问题的治理思路。

There are many factors about the food safety, and the food safety is a complex and systematic project. In this paper, we introduced the status quo and the various factors about the food safety in detail, and proposed some control measures.
