烤烟不同部位叶片钙镁铁含量的变化

The variation of calcium,magnesium and iron in different flue-cured tobacco position leaves

对烤烟下、中、上三个部位调制后叶片中钙、镁、铁元素含量的变化进行了研究。结果表明:随着烟叶部位的上升,叶片中钙、镁、铁含量均表现为随之降低的变化规律;随着采收日期的延迟,烟叶下、中部叶片钙和镁含量总的变化趋势是逐渐降低的。三个烟叶部位之间钙含量的差异极显著,而镁和铁含量的差异显著;不同采收日期之间钙含量的差异显著,而镁与铁含量的差异均不显著。不同采收时期与烟叶中钙、镁、铁含量之间的相关性均不显著;烟叶中钙与镁、钙与铁含量之间均呈极显著正相关。

The changes of calcium, magnesium and iron contents in different flue-cured tobacco position leaves were studied. Furthermore, the variance and relation analysis with calcium, magnesium and iron in tobacco leaves, which were the same breed and grew at the same condition of fertilization standard and cultivation, were carried out. Leaf samples were taken from different leaf positions and dates in Heilongjiang Province. The results indicated that calcium, magnesium and iron contents were decreased with the increasing leaf positions. With the delaying leaf harvest dates, calcium and magnesium contents were decreased. The difference of calcium contents in different leaf positions was extremely significant, but magnesium and iron content was significant. The difference of calcium contents was significant in different leaf harvest dates. The leaf harvest dates was significant correlation with calcium, magnesium and iron contents. The extremely significant positive correlations were observed between calcium and magnesium, between calcium and iron.
