摘要 采用低温压榨法压榨黑大豆,得到的黑大豆油过滤后,充氮气包装。油产品质量:色泽:外观黄绿色,其中:Y50,R3.4,B8.0;酸例0.5mgKOH/g;过氧化值5.8mmol/kg;加热试验(280℃):合格;黑大豆油油酸含量22%,亚油酸含量52.3%,α-亚麻酸含量9.4%,是一种富含人体必需脂肪酸的新油源。 Low temperature was used for extraction of biack soybean oil, then it was packaged with nitrogen gas after being filtrated. Its'physical and chemical characteristics are as the following: Its'color looks greenish yellow (Y50, R3.4, B8.0); its'acid value is 0.5mgKOH/g and peroxide value is 5.8mmol/kg; The heating test at 280℃ is eligible; The black soybean oil is a news kind of oil resource which is rich in essential fatty acids such as 22% of oleinic acid, 52.3% of inoleic acid and 9.4% of α-linolenic acid.
