摘要 本试验采用赤霉素、微波、盐溶液等不同处理研究对山西南部3种野生观赏花卉种子萌发的影响,为野生花卉的开发利用奠定基础。结果表明:翠雀种子萌发对盐胁迫十分敏感;微波辐射13s后的发芽率最高,但对其萌发无明显促进作用;0.01%和0.02%的赤霉素溶液具有押制作用。温水处理可提高华北耧斗菜发芽率,但不宜过高,最适水温为40~60℃;微波辐射对耧斗菜种子的萌发影响很小,赤霉素溶液对华北耧斗菜种子萌发有抑制作用。紫花地丁种子耐盐性强;短期的浸种可提高种子的发芽率,最适浸种时间为3h;萌发过程对微波辐射不敏感。 In order to provide theoretical basis for the development and usage of the wild flowers, the seed morphological characteristics and germination of 3 species of wild plants in the south Shanxi were observed and studied by different methods, for example GA, microwave, NaC1 concentration. The results indicated that seeds of Delphinium grandiflorum were forced to the salt extremely sensitively; 13s of the microwave radiation had the highest the germination percentage, but did not sprout the active action to the seeds; 0.01% and 0.02% GA had the inhibitory action to it. Soaking with the warm water could promote the seeds of Aquilegia abeana to sprout ; the tempreture of water was not too high, and the most suitable tempreture was 40-60℃ ; the microwave radiates could hardly promote the seeds to sprout; GA inhibited the seeds' germination. The seeds of Viola yedoensis Makino had strong salt endurance; Soaking in short time could improve the germination percentage, and the most appropriate time was 3 hours ; the germination process of seeds was insensitive to the microwave radiation.
