With the getting underway of the reform and opening-up, there has become a focus of public attention to the library management research in our country. Many library management theories have come to use in practice and achieved remarkable success. But, in a new centiry, facing the coming of information age, libraries should have new library management system, which is suitable for the national conditions of our country and the new age.
